This 2022–23 Upper Deck Marvel Annual Multiple Dimensions Lenticular set is one of those collections that’s hard to fully appreciate until you actually see it in hand. Photos don’t quite do it justice. Every card uses that lenticular effect perfectly — characters shift, pop, and come alive as you move them, which feels incredibly on-theme for a set literally called Multiple Dimensions.

What really makes this special is that it’s truly complete, including all the SPs and SSPs, which is where most sets usually fall apart.

You start with a strong core lineup: Black Panther, Chasm, Daredevil, Dazzler, Doctor Doom, and more. These aren’t throwaway picks — each card feels intentionally chosen, with artwork that was clearly designed to work with the lenticular motion instead of fighting it. Characters like Magik, Marvel Girl, and X-23 look especially dynamic as the layers shift.

Then you get into the SPs, and that’s where things step up another notch. Miles Morales, Venom, Magneto, Scarlet Witch, Man-Thing, Iron Man, and She-Hulk all feel like premium upgrades — bolder motion, stronger depth, and that extra “wow” factor collectors chase. These are the cards people usually end up hunting one by one.

And finally, the SSPs — the cards most people never manage to pull together in one place:
Ghost Rider, Wolverine, and Spider-Man. Honestly, this trio alone could justify a display on its own. Ghost Rider’s flames, Wolverine’s aggression, and Spider-Man’s movement are absolutely perfect for lenticular tech. They’re the kind of cards you instinctively tilt in your hand, even if you’ve already seen them ten times.

As a complete 20-card run, this set feels premium, deliberate, and incredibly display-friendly. There’s no filler, no weak ending — just a smooth progression from base cards to SPs to true SSP finishers. If you’re a Marvel fan, a lenticular collector, or someone who appreciates sets that actually feel different from standard inserts, this one really stands out.

It’s the kind of set you don’t just stash away — you pull it out and show people.
