This X-23 set is honestly one of the nicest character-focused inserts in the product. It feels like a mini visual history of Laura Kinney, with each card capturing a different era, style, or interpretation of her character. When you lay all ten out, you really see how far she's evolved—from weapon, to hero, to full-on legacy Wolverine.

The first few cards lean into that darker, moodier tone from her early days. You’ve got the gritty, almost haunting black-and-white look, then the more stylized comic-art versions that capture her teenage edge during the NYX / early X-Force era. Those pieces have that raw energy X-23 fans always love—fast movement, sharp emotion, and that sense that she’s constantly fighting the world and herself.

Then the set starts shifting into more superhero-forward takes. There’s the yellow-and-blue suit look, the tactical street-gear version, and some dynamic action shots that show off Laura mid-jump or mid-slice. They all feel like covers you’d see on a solo run—tight compositions, expressive poses, and that balance between power and vulnerability.

You’ve also got the more extreme variants, like the monstrous, almost symbiote-like interpretation and the fiery red energy version. These give the set some visual punch and break up the more grounded cards. And the last couple—Laura in her snow gear and in her classic black-and-white costume—round out the set with two very different but equally iconic vibes.

As a whole, it’s a killer tribute to X-23. Every card has its own artistic personality, and together they highlight the best parts of her character: speed, intensity, grace, and just enough ferocity to remind you she’s Wolverine’s clone-daughter for a reason. If you’re an X-23 collector, this is exactly the kind of insert set you want complete in a 10-card page—it tells a full story just sitting there. Here's the complete checklist:
